Help with Motorola i560

MacnCell reader Guy sent an email asking for help with his Motorola i560:

I have a usb cable to connect the i560 to my G4 but it will not recognize the phone after plugging in. I suppose a driver is needed but have not located the proper one that will run with OX Tiger. Can you help?

The Moto i560, which like many other a Sprint/Nextel phones, is not currently supported under Mac OS X and iSync. All hope is not lost, however, because some crafty tinkerers have been able to craft an iSync plugin for the Motorola ic402 and ic502, so maybe it’s possible for the i560.

Does anyone have experience with this phone and iSync? I’ll try contacting the previous folks who put the other plugins together and see if they might be willing to lend a hand.

so basically i've had my C902 for about three months had some freezing problems testking braindump but it worked out okay. not had any problems other than that until today; i was texting my mate when i went to hit send and it wouldnt let me look up her number testking citrix so i cancelled the message, i tried again and it still wouldnt work; so i turned my phone off and now it turns on but freezes when the sony ericsson message comes up, i've tried taking the battery out and trying it again testking 70-290 but it still wont work. any suggestions as to how i could fix my phone would be really good, i dont want to get a new one cause i love the c902.
